
Bianco negroni
Ingredients
- 30ml (1 oz) 1244 gin
- 30ml (1 oz) Vermouth bianco
- 30ml (1 oz) Bitter bianco liqueur
- Rock glass
- Lemon and pine (for garnish)
Instructions
- Fill your rock glass with ice cubes to chill it.
- In a mixing glass or cocktail shaker, add 30ml (1 oz) of 1244 gin.
- Add 30ml (1 oz) of Vermouth bianco to the mixing glass.
- Pour in 30ml (1 oz) of Bitter bianco liqueur into the mixing glass.
- Take a stirring spoon and gently stir the mixture in the mixing glass for about 15-20 seconds. This will properly blend the flavours without diluting the cocktail too much.
- Discard the ice from the rock glass.
- Strain the stirred cocktail from the mixing glass into the chilled rock glass.
- Garnish the drink with a twist of lemon peel and a small sprig of pine for added aroma and presentation.
- Serve the Bianco Negroni immediately and enjoy!
