MEDITERIAN SPIRIT (seller) offers the customer the option of buying products by using a web shop’s online service that can be made through a webshop.

These Terms of Service regulate the overall procedure; up-to-date offers from MEDITERIAN SPIRIT, online buying options and delivery arrangements to a customer who issued a purchase order.

The user/customer confirms that he fully consents to and agrees to these Terms of Service. Users/customers are instructed to check the applicable Terms of Service before each purchase.

The Agreement on the sale of products between the Buyer and the Seller is concluded at the time of confirmation of the order of the product, of which the Seller issues a confirmation to the User electronically. In case the User wants to cancel the order, he can do the same no later than one hour after receiving the Seller’s confirmation by sending a request via the e-mail address info@1244islands.com

The User/customer or the Buyer can only be an adult and able-bodied natural and legal person. The Seller shall not be liable for any act contrary to this provision. The User or the Buyer is personally responsible for protecting the confidentiality of passwords, in places where they exist as such. The user is obliged to provide accurate, complete, and valid personal data when filling out the registration form. Acting to the contrary authorizes the Seller to deny such user access or realization of all or part of the offered services. The Seller reserves the right at any time and without prior notice if deemed necessary, to cancel or change the content of the General Terms of Service, product range, product price or content of the Website.

The Web Store is used solely at the responsibility of the User. The right to use the Web Store is a personal right of the User and may not be transferred in any way to other natural or legal persons, nor is any user authorized to register other natural or legal persons, nor is any user authorized to register other natural or legal persons.

All questions relating to the Site and/or this Privacy Policy are governed by the law of the Republic of Croatia without reference to the principles of private international law.

You agree that the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of any legal proceedings relating to the Site and/or this Privacy Policy will be in the appropriate courts located in the Republic of Croatia. We do not guarantee or imply that the Pages or the content/materials on the Pages are suitable for use outside the Republic of Croatia. The information provided on the Site relating to any products or services is applicable only in the Republic of Croatia, and these products and services may not be available in all locations. These terms establish the procedure for ordering, payment, delivery, and product complaints offered on these pages. Shown prices include all required local taxes. Our offer is valid exclusively for above-age, private consumers in the EU.

1244Islands.com websites can be used for your private use, without any fees for use, according to the following terms and rules. The seller is Mediterian spirit d.o.o., and the buyer is a visitor to these pages who completes an electronic order, sends it to the seller, and makes payment by credit card or cash on delivery.

The buyer orders the product or products through an electronic order.
The buyer is considered any person who electronically orders at least one product, fills in the required information, and sends the order. All prices are expressed in euros with VAT. The maximum number of products that can be ordered in one order is six pieces. The product is ordered electronically by selecting and saving it to the cart. The product is considered ordered when the buyer selects and confirms the payment method.

VAT is 25%, and excise duty is included in the product price and paid in Croatia. For products up to 10L within the EU, it is considered personal consumption provided that the product is not resold. Delivery is only possible within the EU, and a maximum of 6 bottles can be ordered per 1 order.

Ordered products or services are paid online with one of the credit cards: Mastercard, Maestro, Visa, Diners Club, and Discover. Payment is also possible on delivery for deliveries within Croatia.
