Collins 1244
Ingredients
- 50ml (1.7 oz) 1244 gin
- 25ml (0.8 oz) fresh lemon juice
- 25ml (0.8 oz) sugar syrup
- 100ml (3.4 oz) soda water
- Collins glass
- Hibiscus (for garnish)
Instructions
- Fill your Collins glass with ice cubes.
- Pour 50ml (1.7 oz) of 1244 gin into the glass.
- Add 25ml (0.8 oz) of fresh lemon juice to the glass.
- Pour in 25ml (0.8 oz) of sugar syrup into the glass.
- Top off the glass with 100ml (3.4 oz) of soda water.
- Stir gently with a bar spoon to mix the ingredients.
- Garnish the drink with a hibiscus flower for an added visual touch.
- Serve the Collins 1244 cocktail immediately and enjoy!
