1. Fill your rock glass with ice cubes.
2. Pour 30ml (1 oz) of 1244 gin into the glass.
3. Add 30ml (1 oz) of Campari to the glass.
4. Pour in 30ml (1 oz) of Vermouth rosso into the glass.
5. Take a stirrer or bar spoon and gently stir the mixture in the glass for about 15-20 seconds. This will properly blend the flavors without diluting the cocktail too much.
6. Garnish the drink with a piece of dried orange peel. Express the oils from the peel by gently squeezing it over the glass to release its aroma.
7. Serve the Negroni immediately and enjoy!
